General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract concluded between See & Park Hotel Feldbach and the guest. Please read the conditions carefully. If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Liability

If our technical or other facilities are defective or unsuitable for operation, we will provide immediate remedy within the scope of what is possible. The guest is solely liable for any goods and decorations brought along. The guest is liable for any damage caused by the guest to the furniture, building and structural facilities of the See & Park Hotel Feldbach. Liability is causal and without proof of fault. It is expected that the guest has liability insurance with the inclusion of damage to rented premises.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation of a reservation must always be made in writing and is only valid with the written consent of See & Park Hotel Feldbach. The time of receipt of the e-mail by the hotel is decisive for the calculation of any cancellation fees. When calculating the number of days, 12pm noon is the decisive time.
• We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for contingencies such as accident, illness, late arrival or early departure. In the event of such an occurrence, a medical certificate or similar documents will not be accepted by the hotel.
• Non refundable/cancellable room rates can never be changed or cancelled. The advance payment will not be refunded.
• In case of no-show by the guest, the total amount of the booked services will be charged.

In the event of force majeure such as fire, water, strike, death, etc., both parties may withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs.

1 – 4 rooms:

29-15 days before arrival                            50% of the booked services
14-8 days before arrival                               75% of the booked services
7-0 days before arrival                               100% of the booked services

Group reservations from 11 rooms:
Up to 60 days before arrival                        free of charge
59-30 days before arrival                            50% of the booked services
9-15 days before arrival                               75% of the booked services
14-0 days before arrival                             100% of the booked services

Cancellations of rooms/arrangements by individual participants of a group reservation (but cumulatively not more than 5% of the original reservation) will be accepted in writing up to 48 hours before arrival, otherwise the booked services will be charged.

Terms of payment

We reserve the right to request partial payment in advance. If a non-refundable room rate is booked, the total amount will be charged to the credit card indicated upon receipt of the reservation. The total invoice is to be paid on departure or use of the offer on site in cash, with EC card or with credit card. If an invoice is requested (only possible within Switzerland), a flat rate of CHF 5.00 per invoice will be charged for the additional costs.

Place of jurisdiction

Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Steckborn.
